Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 6–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions.


Shipping Costs

We currently offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Showerly is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your order.

In rare cases, packages may be delayed due to customs inspections or shipping carrier issues.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
